In the front yard, the driveway is dilapidated and requires repaving and there is outdoor storage being utilized in the front yard.. There is a small storage structure on the eastern side of the property that is unpermitted. The backyard has trash and refuse throughout.
04/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Progress is being made. The owner and hsui brother are working on repairs and mantenance. Permits still outstanding, the fence is still busted, and veg is still not compliant but getting there. I will revisit in 30 days
