01/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site with property manager and a maintenance employee. Walked/inspected property and at this time there is no signs of raw sewage anywhere on the property No dampness, smell, excessive flies or solid waste Any large areas of stucco that is missing is from plumbing repairs that has been completed. Management will have the areas of exposed plumbing and missing stucco repaired within the next couple of days. There is no areas of the parking lot that are obstructed/blocked off. There is an area taped off at the southwest side of the property that was placed to mark out an area where a licensed contractor will begin a re-pipe of the property. This tape would not limit emergency personnel or vehicle access. At this time code enforcement has taken no action.
