01/29/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed On site at property with Inspector Tidwell, TEP, TPD, property owner and city contractor. A vehicle impacted the west side of the brick commerical structure, creating an estimated 5ftx5ft hole in the bottom half of the structure, destroying block, rebar, and drywall. The exterior brick had stress cracks by the front northwest window, in an estimated 5ft area. Electrical romex was torn in the impact. TEP booted the meter. The interior of the buiding had damage on the drywall including the interior northwest side and stress cracks along the drywall ceiling. COT border up secured the hole. Owner secure entry doors and windows. Commercial building is condemned. Permits required. -SO
