Concrete facade of the pillar is damaged and separated. The steel beam inside the pillar doesn't appear to be damaged, however it has cracked the wooden beam it is connected to that supports the roof structure of the porch. The vehicle struck the front door of the Smash Burger and the wall to the west of the front door, causing damage to the front door and front wall. From the inside, it does appear the wall is pushed inside. Business manager was unable to secure the opening and TPD called a contractor to secure prior to my arrival. Advised business manager on site and property manager on phone a licensed contractor is required for all repairs and repairs to be made w/ an issued Commercial Addition/Alteration Permit. -VM |
