07/24/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Electrical outlet in bedroom burned. Wiring inside wall burned. Interior wall, ceiling, exterior siding and roofing damaged by the fire. Electrical disconnected by TEP. Gas was not affected by the fire. Issued an notice to vacate to the owner, permits required and idem form. Licensed Electrician required to repair and evaluate electrical system. Permits required to repair the fire damaged area.
