01/29/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed an accumulation of refuse and debris in the carport and in the front yard area. The items included cardboard boxes and other miscellaneous items. The vehicle in the carport looks inoperable but is a different vehicle from the previous closed case. From the previous case, I spoke with the owner who says he does not live there but his son does and often works on vehicles as a hobby and he will make sure his son does a better job cleaning. The son was very unreasonable and defiant the last time I spoke with him, that is the reason the father called me on his sons behalf.
