03/04/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Complaint about the window leaking water. No leak at the time. Occupant states the window has been fixed. Wood around the window was dry. It rained 3 times this week. Weeds growing inside from outside. Only no weeds were seen at the time. Apparently the weeds were pulled and area outside was patched. Hairline crack on the ceiling in the drywall. Not really a hazard. A complaint about ants entering the unit. Only I didn't see any ants or signs of ants. Water on floor... At one time if you look closely at the base of the cabinets in the kitchen you can see at one time there was a flood.... Flooring has some discoloration in the hallway and kitchen not really a hazard. The framing has a few nailing poking out. Nailing is still under the paint and not grabbing onto anything. It's less then two millimeters. Two violations identified. The exterior wall in the back of the house has a huge patch of stucco that appears to have been done recently. Electrical at the back end added and runs to the carport area and ends off. No permits for this. Well send a notice for these two items.
