The Bedroom's ceiling has collapsed there is an active leak coming from the unit above and the window area from rain penetrating the building. Unit 107 recently repaired drywall has rain penetrating the building. And has saturated the floor causing the water to enter the bottom reporting unit. While inside Unit 107 with Property Mgr Liz together we have verified that the needed repairs brought up to Liz attention has not been completed. |
