01/19/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed I was on site with the owner of unit J111 and the handyman that works for the coop. There was a leak from the toilet of the above unit. The toilet leak has been repaired and unit J111 is currently been repaired. Owner is not currently staying in the unit. I did not see, hear or feel a current water leak in unit J111 or the above unit. The handyman used a moisture meter and it showed little to no moisture in the wood and drywall. The owner of J111 wanted a statement from me stating there is a current leak and I informed her I was unable to conform a current leak. She stated she is in contact with Matthew Carlton from PDSD.
