02/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed roaches in the unit and I spoke with the management to treat the unit. I also told the tenant that she needs to clean uop the cat and dog feces in order to keep the roaches from returning. There was a large pile of dirty dishes in the kitchen and the stove was covered in food particles. I explained to the tenant that more cleanliness is requires in order to completely get rid of the infestation. She stated that she failed to clean the dog and cat feces and will clean it up.
