01/17/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation This property has an on-going renovation project and they have applied for the permits but they are waiting for approval form PDSD. They have informed the tenants of each time they have renovated and needed to shut off the water and it has been for only a few hours during the daytime. The renovations should be going on for another month and I will monitor the progress during that time.
