It took about five minutes for the water to heat up. I assume the water takes a bit to heat up since it's traveling from the room to the bottom floor. Checked all 5 bathroom showers and sinks in rental unit #315. All bathrooms and sinks had hot water. Checked the kitchen sink the water was also hot. Checked the boilers located on the roof. The temperature was set at 99 degrees. Maintenance turned on the water coming from the boiler. The water was clearly hot. Did advise the Property manager, no permits were obtained for the boilers installed 10/23. Property Manager will have Contractor obtain permits and have the boilers inspected. | |

Spoke to the property manager and informed him they failed to appear in court and have been issued $90,000 in fines for failure to abate the violations as previously ordered.
