01/08/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.F.D. and T.P.D. on site with a deceased person in a mobile home. Arrived and the Medical Examiners have not been to the site. Was able to see where the water was running and had a water heater outside the mobile home and was leaking water at the bottom. Was able to find the meter and valve for the space and was turned off and the management placed a lock on the curb stop. The water heater has no valves to turn the water off at the water heater. The gas was removed at the meter due to non payment. Once the body was removed, the electrical was removed at the life line and the breakers turned off. A lock was also placed on the panel cover by the management. The interior of the mobile home has hoarding issues and holes in the wooden flooring through out. T.F.D. was having issues with not going through the floor when trying to aid the owner before she died. The windows have sweating on the glass from the water that is under the mobile home. The son removed some items for the night and will meet with the management to get some other items when he get a truck. The manager came to the site and she signed the paperwork and went over that the son can not come into the unit and will have to meet with the management to enter the mobile home. Did to the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and the side window by the door. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the doors secured with screws. The management does not own the mobile home and was not able to secure. The mobile home may be removed due to the amount of repairs needed and no next of kin At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
