OCCUPANTS STATED THEY ALSO HAD MOLD, I INFORMED THEM WE DO NOT INSPECT FOR MOLD BUT IF THEY FOUND MOLD THEY COULD USE A SPRAY BOTTLE WITH BLEACH TO KILL THE MOLD. THEN THEY STATED THE WATER GETS REAL HOT IN THE TUB AND BATHROOM SINK AND IT DID, ALSO STATED THEY HAD LOW WATER FLOW IN THE KITCHEN SINK WHICH WAS ALSO TRUE. I ASKED FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGERS NUMBER. CALL THE MANAGER AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND ASKED IF SHE COULD GET MAINTANENCE OVER TO ADJUST THE HOT WATER HEATER. I THEN CONTACTED VALLEY INCOME PROPERTIES SPOKE TO MANAGER SHERRY FRITZ WHO WROTE UP A MAINTANENCE REQUEST TO ADJUST THE WATER TEMP ON THE TANKLESS HOT WATER HEATER. THEN CONTACTED THE OCCUPANT AND INFORMED THEM SOMEONE WOULD BE BY TO ADJUST THE WATER TEMP BUT TO CONTACT ME IF THAT WAS NOT DONE IN THE NEXT COUPLE OD DAYS. |
