01/01/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were clearing the site. The fire investigators were on site and checking for cause. The fire was burning of trash and debris in the unit and appears to be to keep warm in a vacant and unsecured unit. There was no structural damage to the already burned unit. The electrical and the gas was already off at the meter from the last fire. Was not able to locate management or a rep. for the property. There was a security guard and he was not able to make contact with the management. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. Did the paperwork and posted on the front window with Do Not Enter. The area has had several fires and has been trying to remodel the unit for some time and still not completed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
