01/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The office called that calls have come in for sewer backed up and draining into the street. Arrived and did find the water from the clean outs in the front of the house leaking onto the front yard area and into the street. Appears that this has been going on for some time due to has allege on the dirt from water being in the area. The water has been draining from Tyndall Ave. to Minorka Rd. with puddling in the street intersection. Did place a lock on the hub on the water meter to not allow water to the house. Did talk to the owner and requested that the caps be place on the clean outs in the front of the house to not allow water to drain into the street. Did give some phone number of agencies to call for assistance on the the work that is needed. The owner has stated that the sewer line has collapsed at the main line in the street. Will need a contractor due to will need a street cut to do the work. The owner has no where to go to stay but will find a place to take showers. Did serve a N.O.V. to make the needed repairs on the sewer line to not drain into the street. RV.
08/04/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Nothing has been done to make the needed repairs due to cost. The water is still turned off at the meter with a city lock. No one found on the property and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
