I KNOCKED ON THE DOOR OF UNIT C BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I MET WITH THE MANAGER AND REGIONAL MANAGER WHO INFORMED ME THAT THEY TOOK OVER THE MOBILE HOME PARK IN APRIL OF 2023. THEY CHECKED COMPLAINT RECORDS AND STATED THEY HAVE NOT HAD ANY COMPLAINTS FROM UNITS A,B,OR C EXCEPT FOR A COMPLAINT FROM UNIT A WHO WAS IN THE OFFICE FILLING OUT A COMPLAINT FORM WHILE I WAS WAITING. I TRIED CALLING THE OCCUPANT WHO FILED THE COMPLAINT AND IS STILL THE CURRENT OCCUPANT BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. INSPECTOR MOVES TO CLOSE THE CASE BECAUSE OF THE OLD CASE AND NO CURRENT COMPLAINTS TO NEW MANAGEMENT. COMPLAINCE / CLOSE CASE. |
