| 01/31/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | The office called that T.F.D. on site with a shed fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared and the fire investigators were on site. The fire was in a wood frame storage room with a washer and dryer and filled with storage and clothing around the dryer. The fire burned in the rear of the dryer and burned the wood siding on the exterior. The storage room is detached from the mobile home and has no damage to the mobile home. Has some electrical in the storage room and has been burned. Was able to find where the wire was connected at the pedestal that went to the storage room. The wires were disconnected from a junction box at the pedestal and the electrical panel in the storage room. The breaker was tripped that fed the black cord that went to the junction box and switched to the orange romex wiring to the storage room. The breaker to the mobile home was turned back on and all is working in the mobile home. The other breaker were left off at this time. The owner of the mobile home will be able to remain in the mobile home and the wood frame shed will have to be removed from the property leaving the area cleaned. Did issued a N.O.V. with an estimate for the City of Tucson to clean the property. Will be checking in 30 days. RV. | |
