Knocked at the front door of front home, there was no answer. Front home has significant damage to the structure to include holes in the roof eaves and exposed wood on the roof eaves. Front home looks vacant. Did not observe any broken windows or open doors, the structure appears secure at this time. There is what appears to be a rear unit at the rear of the property. Approached the building to make contact with any occupants, found is a dilapidated and unsecured structure with missing portions of the wall and missing door, missing and boarded windows. There is significant damage to the roof to include sagging. Found no occupants in the structure. There is trash and debris on the property in the rear yard. Did receive a callback from owner, advised will give 24 hours to secure the rear structure. -VM | |
