03/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Made contact with Tenant and arranged to meet with them at the Apartment. Tenant states that Roaches have been an ongoing issue since moving in last year. Apartment complex was treating area every two weeks, but not is only treating when asked. Unit above was treated yesterday and the Tenant states roaches showed up last night. Apartment has traps with some small roaches noted on them. No active roach activity noted at this time. Asked Tenant to send pictures of roach activity when it begins again. Talked to Property Manager who stated they have scheduled pest control to come out next week and treat apartment
03/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Apartment has been treated twice (27/23 & 2/28/23). According to Apt Manager, Apt was on schedule to be treated again on 3/14/23, but resident was not available. Is scheduled again for 3/21/23
