01/23/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed The apartment complex is heated and cooled by a chiller/boiler system and the management stated that they are aware of the problem. They found that there was some electrical issue and the owners have dispatched an electrical contractor from Phoenix to fix the problem. The entire building 7438 is affected by the broken heater. I explained to the management that a citation will be issued if the heat is not repaired by 3pm on 1/24/2023. The phone number provided for the tenant was not the right number, I knocked on unit number 8 and left my business card.
