Arrived and the units have cleared the site and the property management was on site and placing the tenant in another unit for placement. The flooring in the living room has water on the floor with some dirt. The management has been going through with this and the lines for the water hot and cold rupturing unground the units. The water was hot and has steam through out the living room area on the windows and ceiling was dripping. The hot water has been turned off and the cold is running to this building only. The other building still have hot and cold water due to on a different line. The tenant was moving to the other unit and was told to take for the night and come back and move the other items out later. The management cleaned the unit at this time and will come back when told where the water line is located. The management signed the paperwork on site and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. Did go over the permit issue on getting the repairs started and the water back on as soon as possible. The unit was secured by the property management. RV. | |
