02/15/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed No violations found at this time. I spoke with the owners who informed me that they have an ongoing issue with homeless individuals digging through their city owned garbage cans and pulling items out of it that causes the trash and debris to spread throughout the property and beyond. They clean it each time it occurs and are in the process of getting a lock to place on the can to prevent this from happening in the future. This property and the property next door have the same issues and both going to do the same thing to fix it
