08/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed VISITED SITE, LOCATED THE GENERAL AREA OF THE LEAK AS EXPLAINED ON THE COMPLAINT FORM, I WALKED THE AREAS AROUND THE PLAY GYM AND THE RAMADA BUT FOUND NO ACTIVE LEAKING. I THEN WALKED OVER TO THE DOG PARK FOUND ONE PILE OF DOG WASTE OUNSIDE THE FENCED PARK. THERE ARE ANIMAL WASTE BAGS PROVIDED IN THE PARK AND A TRASH CAN PROVIDED BY THE COMPLEX. THERE ARE ACTUALLY TWO DOG PARKS IN THE COMPLEX SO ANIMAL ARE ALLOWED AND OCCUPANTS ARE INFORMED TO PICK UP WASTE. I THEN MET WITH MAINTANENCE MANAGER WHO STATED THAT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, MONDAY THRU FRIDAY BOTH PARKS ARE CLEANED BY MAINTANENCE, USERS OF THE PARK ARE ASKED TO PICK UP AFTER THEIR DOGS AS WELL. BOTH PARKS ARE CLEAN AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION, MAINTANENCE WILL RESEND A LETTER TO ALL OCCUPANTS CONCERNING THE ANIMAL WASTE CLEAN UP EXPECTED BY THE OCCUPANTS. MAINTANENCE ALSO STATED THAT DEANS PLUMBING IS ON SITE ( DID SEE THEIR PLUMBING TRUCK) THEY HAVE SEVERAL REPAIR ORDERS ONE IS FOR THE IRRIGATION LEAK, IF THEY ARE NOT COMPLETED TODAY THEY WILL COMPLETE THE ORDERS BY THURSDAY. WORK IS IN PROGRESS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
