01/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 103 PM - Ran water, for two minutes, no hot water. With heating system set to heat and auto, no hot air is produced. Management has provided space heaters. No gas in unit, stove doesn't turn on. Tenant on site says test failed so Southwest Gas left gas off. Did observe gas meter off with yellow tag from Southwest Gas. Contacted property manager. Will mail a notice of violation. -VM
08/18/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followup - no customer contact or site visit. Permit TC-COM-0623-01577 has been applied for, currently in Needs Resubmittal status. Follow up 30-60 days. -VM
