01/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Myself and inspector Tidwell arrived at the property and observed a toilet that appeared to be clogged and when flushed it floods water onto the floor. A call was made to the owner who stated that a plumber would be dispatched to the location to fix the problem.
01/19/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Plumber successfully unclogged the toilet and caulked around the base of the toilet. The toilet flushes properly and no longer leaks at this time
