05/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 154 PM - The sliding door handle locking mechanism has been replaced, and locks properly. Trash and debris on the rear porch and inside the apartment has been removed. Front door deadbolt had been removed. Entered the unit with property manager. Found an individual inside. He was asked to leave and did so. Front door was screwed shut by maintenance on site. Violations abated, will close case. -VM
