| 01/15/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Communication called for 6944 E. Princeton Dr. for car into house and the vehicle was at 6938 in the rear yard. All the units were still on site and the vehicle was 5' below the alley grade. The vehicle hit the chain link fence at 6944, hit a masonry wall on the common portion of the properties and landed in the rear yard of 6938. A wood frame porch with out plywood was on top of the vehicle. Has a wood frame porch that has plywood that was still in place. Some of the 4x6 wood posts were damaged or pushed off the wall from the house that was supporting the fly rafter that was supporting the rafters for the porch. The porch that was on the vehicle was taken apart to allow the vehicle to be moved. A ramp with wood and dirt was made to go across the neighbors yard. A utility pole was damaged where the guide wires for support for the pole was hit and the pole was split. T.E.P. was called to the site to check the pole and it has to be removed and replaced. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to cover a broken window in the rear yard area. The owner of the property signed the paperwork and went over that a fence will be placed next door due to has a pool. This owner has dogs and was worried on the dogs going next door. The existing wood frame porch may required to be removed due to under size rafters and connection are not going to be approved as is. RV. | |
