01/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Met with T.P.D. and was called for a paint shop being done on the property. Went to the site and no one home. Did check the rear of the house by going through the alley. Has tarps in the rear yard and a vehicle under one of the tarps. Not able to check if working on the vehicle and left a card on the front door. Did call the phone number and left a message and left a card on the front door. RV.
07/28/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Have been in contact with the person who made the complaint and stated that the case can be closed due to no other person has complained or helping on the issues. I have not been able to find someone on the property and have talk to some of the neighbors and they have no complaints on the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
