Arrived and found Pima County Waste on site checking the issue and was not able to do anything to clear the line due to on private property. They did check the street line and that was cleared. Did call the management and they have called RAM Plumbing. The system has a lift station and the sump pump went out due to has blockage in the blades. This sump pump does not have shredders on the blades and had baby wipes in the pump. The sump pump was changed to a spare at the office. Reliable Sewage was called to the site to drain the well and filled the truck twice. The water was coming out of the lowest clean out cap and draining into a drainage box for the parking lot. This drainage box was draining into the well and not into the wash on the east side of the property. Pima County Waste was taking pictures and was going to referrer EPA to the site and will come on Tuesday. Did let the management know that the line has been cleared and the sump pump has been replaced and is a temporary pump and the sump pump that was removed before the holidays is being repaired. The pump is working and where the water was draining to the drainage box has dried. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
