Electrical outlet under sink loose/not secured in wall. Light switch cover in dining room is cracked, and cover in kitchen is missing. Turned thermostat up to run the heater, system runs but is not producing hot air. Fan in bedroom not correctly wired, exposed wire nuts. Rear door in bedroom to backyard doesn't have a threshold or any weather stripping. Hole in closet wall to exterior, can see daylight. Second bedroom has incorrectly wired ceiling fan, holes in walls can see daylight. Holes in walls/missing plaster in bathroom behind toilet and above shower. Tiles peeling/missing in bathroom, kitchen and near water heater. Tested outlets in living area, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and all show wired correctly. The unit is not an illegal add-on as the property record card from 1986 shows structure as duplex. Issues of address not showing on parcel must be addressed to Pima county Assessor's office. -VM | |
| 12/29/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | 155 PM - Met on site with property manager. The ceiling fans installed in the living area and in both bedrooms have been removed. All electrical outlets in the living area have been replaced. The outlet under kitchen sink is secure. This outlet and one outlet above kitchen counter needs outlet covers. Light switch covers in dining area and by sink have been replaced. Property manager did turn on heater. It is running, can feel hot air coming out of ductwork right above unit due to leaks in ductwork, air not making it to bedrooms. Threshold has been replaced on rear door, is sealed and cannot see daylight coming into unit. Holes into closet to the outside have been repaired and repainted in this bedroom, and stucco has been repaired on the exterior. Holes into wall in second bedroom have been patched and painted inside, and repaired on exterior walls. Holes in walls in bathroom have been repaired and repainted. Hole near water heater remains. All flooring in kitchen, living area and bathroom has been replaced. Follow up approximately 30 days. |
