In formed occupant that the property was going to be cleaned since property hasn't been cleaned since the nov was sent out. Occupant didn't say anything. Looked at the paper work provided.. Let the occupant know Landscaper would be remove all the weeds in the front and back of property and inside gated area. Landscaper removed all tall grass and weeds throughout the entire property lot. Before and after pictures attached.
