There is a new corrugated metal fence installed around the perimeter of the north and west sides of the parcel that exceeds 6 ft in height. There is a newly built corrugated metal porch attached to the front of the structure approximately 50 ft by 15 ft. There is a new electric panel in the front yard that is covered but would appear to be used for charging an electric vehicle or an RV hookup. Occupant on site allowed me access to the property, states it is three or four different units. Did observe signs for unit numbers and an office. There is a vehicle parked in and fully obstructing the pedestrian walkway in the right of way. -VM |
