We have since been informed that because 5915 E 5th st is on a Tucson MS&R we need to pursue a Variance for the approval of the following: Request to reduce two setback modifications. This site is in the R-1 Residence zone (UDC 4.7.8). Request to reduce front setback by 4' from the required 20'-0" to 16'-0". Request to reduce the west property line by 5' from the required 6'-0" to 1'-0". A proposed firewall on the west has been documented and approved by building review. This additional garage space aligns with the massing of neighboring additions. The new space is required for additional workshop area for the owner. This Variance is in response to an active CE-VIO0424-0127.
