Specifically, the documents available on Property Research Online under address search>permits>permit T03CM04132>Documents>"CONSTRPLANS" show that the garage is 768 sq. ft.-- which is inaccurate by roughly 300 sq. ft as our garage is only roughly 440 sq. ft. in reality. We need an accurate record of our property's coverage as the gross over-statement of coverage on the available document drastically effects our ability to plan any future coverage/development of the lot.
