Please note – there is no debate on quantities or costs – only a formula error in the document presented by the contractor. To further this, the engineer of record has provided a letter stating they have verified quantities for the complete project. Mattamy paid this fee – so any refund would be appropriately returned to Mattamy Tucson LLC. |
