REQ-0623-03567 Complete 06/28/2023 06/29/2023 Requests I mistakenly applied for a "permit," when I should have applied under pre-qualification. The submitted materials were only for the purpose of historic courtesy reviews, and were not full permit-ready plans. We plan to submit a proper permit application next month.
REQ-0824-05338 Complete 08/06/2024 08/07/2024 Requests Drawing submitted to activate Historic Review of proposed porch restoration
REQ-0923-05048 Complete 09/18/2023 09/20/2023 Requests We are hoping to conduct demolition when rebuilding permits are issued, and the historic review process for reconstruction is still incomplete. We have buttressed and stabilized the porch to some extent, but need to be able to demolish quickly if it continues to collapse or becomes more dangerous. Therefore we would like to have an extension of the demolition permit to allow more time for the historic review and plans reviews for reconstruction to be approved. If we must demolish by Oct. 2 when the permit expires, then the historic building will be without the protection of the western covered patio until whatever future time the construction plans are approved.
