All work shall conform to the attached plans & attachments, which are made a part of this permit. 2. This Floodplain Use Permit applies only to those matters regulated under Floodplain and Erosion Management Ordinance, and does not intend, nor should it be construed to approve the establishment of any use or uses prohibited or also regulated by Federal, State or local laws or regulations. 3. Applicant assumes responsibility for engineering, design, construction, inspection and maintenance associated with all improvements and facilities covered by this permit. 4. Drainage and erosion control methods are not to create drainage and erosion problems on adjacent public or private property. Watercourse is not to be blocked, altered or diverted during the construction. 5. The backfill for the trenches shall be 95% compacted per City standard. 6. The installation of permitted work is not to damage or alter City of Tucson property or improvements. 7. Except as approved by the City Engineer prior to the start of construction, development under this permit shall not obstruct, retard or divert the existing flow of surface storm water from or to adjacent properties. 8.
