REQ-1025-06245 Denied 10/21/2025 N/A Requests 1337/2 W HUALPAI RD is not an existing address. Once your permit has been approved, issued and gas inspections are passed, a gas clearance will be sent to SWG for the gas meter that is servicing the property. - According to the site plan from Pima county, the new gas service is being routed to the 'guest house' on the property. With TEP, the same unit is designated 1337/2. This permit is for the replacement of a gas line to this structure, not the addition of a gas line, and nothing has changed on the property since the installation of the existing service. It has been brought to my attention that the permit application should show that the structure being reconnected to the gas line is referred to either as a 'guest house' or '1337/2', however the gas meter has always serviced both structures on the property, so I am not sure what to do.
