TC-RES-0823-07702 Withdrawn 08/30/2023 02/26/2024 Residential Building - One or Two Family Yard Wall of 6 pillars with decorative wrought iron. The grade from inside the yard is higher than the grade from outside the yard. Current pillar height from: •outside 60" •Inside 46" If granted permission, I want to build the pillars up to about 72" from the inside which would be about 86" from the outside. After I build up the pillars with cinderblocks to 72" I want to fasten 72" sheets of corrugated sheet metal to parallel running square tubing that would be fastened to the newly raised pillars. corrugated sheet metal would also be approximately 72" There are gates on both sides of the house that I also like to raise up to 72" (In regards to the two fields below : Square feet and Valuation.... the linear foot approx sums out to 1,112" or 92.6'. and the "valuation" im not sure what to put in that field so ill put 500. )
TC-RES-0424-02088 Expired 04/09/2024 12/14/2024 Residential Building - One or Two Family Description: A) back yards west wall is 5 cinderblock pillars with approximately 130" of wrought iron fencing in between each pillar. I want to raise the pillars to 5' 10" from the retaining wall and put corrugated metal sheets (held up by square tubing) between the pillars matching the height of the pillars. B) There is a decorative wrought iron gate opening on the west side of the house that gives access to the back yard that is two cinderblock pillars on each side ( one of the two pillars is part of the 5 pillars on the west wall). I want to raise the two pillars to 5'10" and put a gate of the height composed of corrugated metal and square tubing. C) On the east side of the house, there is a cinderblock wall that has an opening for a gate. On the top of the wall, I want to anchor vertical square tubing and attach to them strips of corrugated sheet metal reaching to the height of 5'10". I also would like to place between the two walls, a gate of the same height composed of corrugated metal and square tubing. Below are my calculations of the total feet squared this project would encompass. A) 765"(W)*70"(H)=53,550"/12"(foot)= 4,462.5'Sq. B) 144"(W)*70"(H)=10,080"/12"(foot)=840'Sq. C) 201"(W)*70"(H)=14070"/12"(foot)=1,172'Sq. 4,462.5'(A) + 840'(B) + 1,172'(C) = 6,474.5'sq. Please correct me if my math is wrong. thank you
