My client is in the situation where he is being treated with the new law that passed at the end of 2023 and as a consequence close the store because it is close to a school. We are currently waiting for the architect to finalize the Certificate of Occupancy and we are at the same time requesting your cooperation to resolve this situation. We are carefully reviewing each point of this process to be able to meet your requirements, resolving the conflicts of the previous licenses delayed my client acquiring his license. For this business that has been operating since March 2023. |
