Because our house is too far from the electric line, when TEP upgraded our service they installed a utility pole on our property. TEP said that we can't build within 10 feet of the utility pole. If we keep the casita 6 ft from the back property line, the wall of the casita will be 7.5 feet from the utility pole. So we're hoping to apply for an exception to build the casita the 2.5 feet closer to the alley. |
