The project will be two phases. The first phase consists of only the clearing of the well site to accommodate the well drilling activities. Not other site grading or permanent infrastructure will be installed as part of the first phase of construction. The second phase, which intends to be permitted later once plans are completed, consists of the equipping of the well site with all the necessary permanent infrastructure for a fully functioning well site. This application is intended only to permit the first phase of construction. A Native Plant Preservation Plan for this work utilizing the set-aside method (per Tucson UDC, Sec 7.7.5.A.3.b) is being submitted for this initial phase of construction. |
