Reference TI Permit #:TC-COM-0525-00930 AutoZone is doing tenant improvements to the existing building on the subject property to create a retail store and warehouse. Through the building plan approval process the building inspector request a Development Plan “Lite” be prepared for the construction of the trash enclosure. There were additional requests for handicapped parking spaces to be updated and some to be removed. And some failed curb to be replaced at the west end of the site. No other improvements are proposed other than the items requested by the building inspector.
