There are 30 light fixtures affixed to the house of which 11 are underneath the overlap of the roof, therefore, no upward lighting exposed. These are integrated LED using 20 watts that produce 1200 lumens. 30-11=19 x 1200 lumens for total of 22,800 lumens. Technically the lumens are less as the led light is split in half to where lighting is distributed upwards and downwards. In addition, existing lighting fixtures are fully dimmable and can be set to neutral white, cool white, warm white and everything between. |
