The scope of work generally consists of the demolition of fire-damaged portions of the structure, reconstruction of affected building components, roof framing and roofing repairs, electrical improvements, and related work as indicated in the attached plans and supporting documents. The submittal package includes, but is not limited to: Site Plan Demolition Plan Floor Plan Elevation Plan Roof Plan Truss Plan and Details Structural Design Criteria and Calculations General Construction Notes These documents have been prepared to facilitate your permit review and are submitted for consideration by the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department.
