The load has grown beyond the existing panel rating and I am trying to help the homeowner bring it back within code. I am an AZ registered electrical engineer, and work in Distribution Operations at Tucson Electric Power. I am qualified to bring the subject address up to code, and have the craft skill set to do so. Moreover, I have done service upgrades for first time home-owners, school teachers, and the disabled as a donation of time when they cannot afford a licensed contractor. This is not for profit.
