THIS INCLUDES IRRIGATION, PLANTINGS, GROUNDCOVER, AND HARDSCAPE. 7. GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES SHALL BE PRACTICED DURING WORK AND CONSTRUCTION 8. MAINTAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS 9.
