T21CM02403 | Final | 03/17/2021 | 09/28/2021 | COMBO | Requesting inspection so that TEP can resume power. There's a story. In essence, the previous owner (my mother-in-law) is elderly. She is/has not been managing her property. She rented the back house for $100/mo - elder abuse if you ask me. Her son came into the situation, and the tenant elected to move out. At the same time, her son, my husband, had to try to "evict" a non-rent paying druggie/drug dealer in the middle of a pandemic when the government had issued a moratorium on evictions. There were gun shoot outs at the house. Neighbors threatened to move out of the neighborhood. The police told us "He's a tenant. He has a lease" HE DID NOT! He was a druggie who slipped in when an elderly woman wasn't aware of what was happening to her own property. It's been a nightmare and the nightmare continues. Just today I was told we may have a "homeless problem" a photo was sent of a backpack and what appeared to be a sleeping bag in the back yard. My mother-in-law has now deeded the property to my husband. We are trying to get it sold so we NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS EVER AGAIN! PLEASE HELP US. |
