ALL UTILITIES WILL REMOVE ALL METERS AND SERVICE LINES PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. ASBESTOS/LEAD PAINT WILL BE ABATED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. HISTORICAL REVIEW WILL BE APPROVED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION.
