NO GRANT RD ROADWAY OR PUBLIC ALLEY WAY WILL BE AFFECTED BY THIS DEMOLITION PROJECT. THERE IS PLENTY OF ROOM ON ADJACENT COT OWNED PROPERTIES TO PERFORM DEMOLITION, STAGE EQUIPMENT AND ROUTE TRUCKS. ALL UTILITIES WILL REMOVE ALL METERS AND SERVICE LINES PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. ASBESTOS/LEAD PAINT WILL BE ABATED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. HISTORICAL REVIEW WILL BE APPROVED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. (I NEED THIS PERMIT NUMBER FOR THE HISTORICAL REVIEW APPLICATION)
